Tenny Pinheiro lives in San Francisco, CA. He is the author of three books on Design Thinking and Service Design, his latest publications are  The Service Startup: Design Thinking gets Lean and Breaking Free From The Lean Startup Religion: The Service Designer Manifesto. Both covering the intersection between service design and entrepreneurship. Tenny is the founder of Servicedesignsprints.com and the founder of Hivelab.co, a global incubator program that accelerates entrepreneurship through service design. Tenny also founded and acted as the CEO for the Brazilian office of Livework, the global pioneer Service Design agency. He is a permanent columnist at the influential design blog Core77 where he pens the Design @ Your Service column. A top leader and influencer in Service Design, Service Innovation, and Design Thinking, Tenny specializes in the crossing between design and entrepreneurship and mentors startups, advice Fortune 500 companies, teaches and delivers keynotes worldwide. As a serial entrepreneur and one-time resident of post-war Angola, for whom he designed government services,he understands the challenges of navigating cultural complexities and the need to be adaptive, adept, and agile.
